ONLINE ORDERING
FRAUD FILTER & CANCELLED ORDERS All orders go through a fraud filter with the bank. Any triggers to the fraud filter will result in the cancellation of an order. Cancelled orders are automatically refunded, but may not show on a bank statement for a few days. Once an order has been cancelled due to a fraud filter, subsequent orders by the same customer will, also, be cancelled.
Examples of what can trigger a cancelled order may include shipping to a warehouse, making multiple attempts to make a payment, using multiple credit cards to attempt payment, no available CVV number, a shipping address hundreds of miles from the billing address, using an IP address hundreds of miles from the billing address, using an IP address outside the U.S. to place an order or high risk internet connection (web proxy) was used to place the order.
NO INTERNATIONAL SALES Real Cheap Sports is authorized to sell only to End-Users within the United States. We are not a wholesaler. Transshipping and third party sales are strictly prohibited.
Orders placed outside the U.S. will be cancelled. Shipping addresses must be to a residence within the United States.
PRODUCT CONDITION Real Cheap Sports sells only brand new product. Not “like new,’ it is actually “new.” We do not sell used product, or seconds. All Patagonia clothing sold at Real Cheap Sports are closeouts from last season’s overruns. In addition, we carefully inspect all product for damage before we ship it to our customers. Please do not atttempt to return an item that you have inadvertently damaged and claim it was sent to you that way. We all know better.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES To return, or exchange, an item, it must be in brand new condition, not washed, worn, damaged, or smell bad. Returns can be made by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or in person. We come from a place of fairness to us and to our customers. If the customer does not like, or want, the item they ordered, we will provide an exchange or refund. However, we do not issue return labels. Customers are responsible for shipping their order back to us with a note describing their desire for a refund, or exchange. Please include the packing slip, with a phone number so we can call you to complete the return. You will be asked over the phone to give the credit card number used for the original purchase. (Note that climbing gear is the one exception. No returns on climbing gear.)

SHIPPING ADDRESS: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. (We use UPS to ship, and UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box.) We will not ship to an international address. We will not ship to a warehouse. Shippping addresses must be to a residence within the U.S. only.
ALASKA/HAWAII Alaska and Hawaii require 2-day air fees, so do not offer free shipping to those states.
FUEL We do sell fuel, but do not ship it. If you are flying to California for a camping trip in the area, stop by our shop to purchase fuel for your camping stove. We carry three sizes of IsoPro fuel canisters. Our store is about 4 miles from Ventura Harbor (10 minute drive) if you are going to Channel Islands National Park.
