The Sierra Explorer

Alex spends his free time in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of California. His favorite things to do are hike to an alpine lake, view high mountain sunsets, and explore new areas.  The eastern Sierra is his favorite destination.  Even as a kid, Alex went to Yosemite once a year with his family, and still does.

Everywhere he travels, Alex looks for disc golf courses which is why he travels with at least three discs at all times, a putter, mid-range and a driver. He enjoys doing learherwork and welding, as well.

Alex’s top gear pick is the Patagonia R1 Air.  It is versiitile, and packable. He uses the R1 Air the most on hikes in every season.  It’s a layer he always brings.
